Configuring Time-Based Menu Availability in Kayana Partners admin

Overview

Partners can configure time-based menu availability in Kayana. This allows businesses to display different menus at different times of the day or on specific days of the week.

For example, a breakfast menu can be scheduled to appear between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, while a different menu can be shown for lunch or dinner. Once configured, the menu will automatically switch based on the defined schedule, removing the need for daily manual updates.

Steps to Configure Time-Based Menu Availability

1. Log in to Partner Admin
   Log in to Kayana Partner Admin using your credentials.
2. Open Product Management
   From the left-hand sidebar, select Product Management.
3. Go to Item Management
   Click Item Management.
4. Open the Menus Tab
   On the Item Management screen, select the Menus tab.
5. Create or Edit a Menu
   You can either:
• Create a new menu, or
• Edit an existing menu
6. Configure Time and Day Availability
   When creating or editing the menu, set the days and hours when the menu should be available. For example:
• Monday – Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Breakfast Menu)
7. Save the Menu Configuration
   Once the schedule is configured, save the menu.
   The system will automatically display the menu based on the defined schedule.
