How to Subscribe to SMS and Push Notification Plans in Kayana Partner Admin

Overview

This guide explains how to subscribe to SMS and push notification plans in Kayana Partner Admin. You need an active plan to send SMS messages or push notifications to your customers. SMS plans allow you to send targeted SMS messages to your customers. Push notification plans allow you to re-engage app users with timely, targeted push notifications.

How to Access Marketing Plans

Step 1. Log in to Kayana Partner Admin using your credentials. Partner Admin Login: https://partners.kayana.co.uk/

Step 2. From the left-hand sidebar, select Customer Management.

Step 3. From the dropdown menu, click Marketing. You will arrive at the Marketing screen, where you can choose between SMS Marketing Plans and Push Notification Plans.

How to Subscribe to an SMS Marketing Plan

Step 4. Select the SMS tab on the Marketing screen.

Step 5. Choose your SMS plan from the Choose Plan dropdown. Available plans include:

• Basic
• Professional
• Business
• Premium Business Enterprise
• Premium Business

Step 6. Select your SMS number from the Your SMS Number dropdown. This is the number from which SMS messages will be sent to your customers.

Step 7. Review the plan duration and total cost displayed on the screen.

Step 8. Tick the checkbox next to the following text: "I authorise Kayana to charge the applicable subscription amount to my selected payment method on a recurring basis, until the subscription is cancelled."

Step 9. Click Subscribe Now. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page.

Step 10. Enter your bank card details on the secure checkout page.

Step 11. Click Subscribe to complete the checkout.

Once your subscription is successfully processed, you will find your Active SMS Subscription under the SMS tab on the Marketing screen.

From the SMS tab on the Marketing screen, you can also navigate to:

• SMS Credits — view your remaining SMS credits
• Transactions — view SMS transaction history

How to Subscribe to a Push Notification Plan

Step 4. Select the Push Notification tab on the Marketing screen.

Step 5. Choose your push notification plan from the Select Plan dropdown.

Step 6. Review the plan duration and total cost displayed on the screen.

You can view full details of all available push notification plans at the bottom of the page.

Step 7. Tick the checkbox next to the following text: "I authorize the subscription and agree to auto-renewal terms."

Step 8. Click Subscribe Now. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page.

Step 9. Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page.

Step 10. Click Subscribe to complete the checkout.

Once your subscription is successfully processed, you will find your Active Push Notification Subscription under the Push Notification tab on the Marketing screen.

Important Notes

You must have an active SMS or push notification plan to send marketing messages to your customers. Without an active subscription, you will not be able to send SMS messages or push notifications from Kayana Partner Admin.

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.
