How to Change Item Prices from Partners Cloud Base Admin

This article guides you through updating item prices using the Kayana Partners Cloud-Based Admin platform.

1. Access the Partners Portal

• Visit Kayana Partners Portal
• Enter your email address and password to log in

2. Navigate to the Menu Section

• Once logged in, click on the Menu tab in the sidebar

3. Locate the Item to Update

• Use the search bar or browse through your menu
• Find the item you want to change
• Click the Pencil icon next to the item to edit it

4. Update the Price

• In the edit screen, find the Price field
• Enter the new amount

5. Save the Changes

• Scroll to the bottom and click Save

✅ Price Updated

The new price is now live and reflected across your kiosk, app, and online ordering interfaces.
