This guide walks you through the Web Ordering settings in the Partner Admin. It explains how to share your ordering link, personalize your welcome message, manage delivery zones, and schedule when your shop is open for online orders.
Step 1: Access Settings

From the grid of configuration options, select Web Ordering. Step 2: Web Ordering Service (Your URL) A view of the "Web ordering service" screen. Note - If your Account is asking for a payment, contacting support/Account manager who will amend this. At the top of the page, you will find your unique Web Ordering URL. Copy and share this link via social media, your website, or direct message. A view of the toast notification that appears when you hit the "Copy" button to copy the customized URL. This link allows customers to browse your menu, add items to their cart, and complete payments entirely online. Step 3: Personalize Your Welcome Message Use this section to set a custom greeting that customers see when they open your ordering link. A view of the the input field that allows you to enter a personalised welcome message. Locate the Configure Your Web Ordering Welcome Message section. Click the Settings (gear) icon. Enter your message in the text field. Click Update to save. Step 4: Set Delivery Range Control where you offer delivery services by defining your radius. A view of the delivery zones screen. Go to the Set Delivery Range section. Click Edit Range to manage your zones. On the next screen, click Create New Zone to define a specific delivery area and set it as your default. Step 5: Web Ordering Status (Scheduling) Manage when your online shop is open or closed for orders. A calendar view of your scheduled open and closed days Navigate to Web Ordering Status. Set Dates: Enter a Start Date and a Stop Date. Set Status: Choose Open or Closed from the dropdown menu. Save: Click Save to apply the schedule. Calendar View: Review the calendar at the bottom of the section for a quick visual summary of your scheduled open and closed days.
