Adding or Editing Allergens

Use the Kayana Partners Portal to add or update allergen information for any menu item. Keeping this information accurate helps protect customers and ensures compliance with food safety regulations.

1. Log in to the Partners Portal

• Open the Kayana Partners Admin Portal.
• Navigate to the Menu section.

2. Select the Item to Edit

• Find the item you want to update.
• Click the Pencil icon to open the item editor.

3. Scroll to Category Filters

• Scroll down to the Category Filters section.
• Here, you can add or edit allergens and other applicable tags.

4. Save Your Changes

• Once your updates are complete, scroll to the bottom and click Save Item.

✅ Allergens Updated

Your allergen information is now up to date and will be reflected across all digital menus.
