How to Change an Image in the Menu

This article explains how to update an item image for use on your kiosk, mobile apps, and QR code ordering system.

1. Log in to the Partners Platform

• Go to the Kayana Partners Admin Portal

2. Navigate to the Menu Item

1. Click Menus from the left-hand menu
2. Select the Category where the item is located
3. Click on the Item you want to update

3. Upload a New Image

1. Click on the current Item Image
2. Select Upload New Image
3. Adjust or crop the image as needed
4. Click Save

4. Final Step: Update the Item

• After saving the image, make sure to click Update Item to apply the changes.
