How to Add Some Options

Options allow your customers to choose one item from a set of predefined choices—ideal for things like drink selections or milk preferences in coffee.

1. What Are Options?

Options are single-choice selections provided to customers.

Examples:

• Milk in coffee:
• Oat Milk
• Full Fat
• Half Fat
• Almond Milk
• Drink in meal deal:
• Coke
• Fanta
• Sprite

2. Add an Option Category

1. Click Add Option Categories
2. In the form, complete the following fields:
• Category Name
• Sort Order (lower numbers appear first)
• Minimum and Maximum selection allowed
• Description of the category (e.g., Choose a drink)
3. Click Add Category to save it.

3. Add Options Within the Category

1. After saving the category, click the Plus (+) icon to add options.
2. Fill in the option details:
• Name
• Quantity (use high number if not using inventory)
• Sort Order
• Description
• Image (optional)
3. Click Add Option to save.

✅ Done!

Your item now includes selectable options.
Repeat the process for any additional item-based choices you'd like to offer.
