How to Perform the Initial Setup

Set up your Kayana account by configuring your business name, colours, logo, and more. This guide will walk you through the first steps after logging into the Kayana Partners platform.
1. Log In to the Kayana Partners Platform
Start by logging in at Kayana Partners Platform using your registered email and password.
2. Begin Store Setup
From the dashboard:
- Look for the red “PAYMENT ACCOUNT PENDING” tile in the top left.
- Click the “Update” button under the “PAYMENT ACCOUNT PENDING” card to begin the setup.
3. Fill Out the Business Information Form
You’ll be taken to a 4-step setup process:
Kayana Setup → Payment Account → KYC → Complete
In the Kayana Setup step, fill out the form with:
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Business Trading Name
- Business Legal Name
- Business Type
- Business Address
- City
- Post Code
- Country
Click Submit when done.
4. Continue Setup
Once submitted, you can proceed to configure:
- Your Payment Acceptance Account
- Your Menu
- Your Business Details
- Your Operating Hours
Each section is accessible from the dashboard using the respective “UPDATE” buttons under each tile.
