Creating and managing Marketing Lists in Kayana Partner Admin

Overview

This guide explains how to create marketing lists in Kayana Partner Admin. Marketing lists allow you to organize and segment your customers for targeted SMS and push notification campaigns. Once you have added customers to your database, you can group them into marketing lists based on criteria such as location, preferences, or campaign type.

How to Access Marketing Lists

Step 1. Log in to Kayana Partner Admin using your credentials.

Step 2. From the left-hand sidebar, select Customer Management.

Step 3. From the dropdown menu, click Marketing Lists. You will arrive at the Marketing Lists screen.

How to Create a New Marketing List

Step 4. Click the + Create New List button. The Create New List form will open.

Step 5. Fill in the required details:

List Name Enter a name for your marketing list (e.g. "VIP Customers", "London Area", "Spring Campaign").

List Type Select the list type from the dropdown:

• SMS — for sending SMS messages to customers on this list
• Push Notification — for sending push notifications to app users on this list

Step 6. Once all details are filled in, click Create List.

A toast notification will appear confirming that the marketing list has been created successfully.

You will be returned to the Marketing Lists screen, where the newly created marketing list will now appear in the tabular view.

Viewing Your Marketing Lists

Once marketing lists are created, the Marketing Lists screen displays all your lists in a tabular view, showing:

• List name
• List type (SMS or Push Notification)
• Number of customers in each list
• Actions (Edit, Delete, Add Customers)

Once your marketing list is created, you can add customers to it and send targeted SMS or push notification campaigns.
