How to Create a ‘Pay by Link’

This guide shows you how to create and share a Pay by Link using the Kayana for Business app, available on both iOS and Android.

1. Download the Kayana for Business App

• Available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)
• Install the app on your mobile device

2. Sign In to the App

• Open the app
• Log in with your business credentials

3. Create a Pay by Link

• Tap Pay by Link from the main menu
• Enter the amount you wish to request

4. Choose Payment Type

• Select whether to:
• Pre-authorise the payment
• Take the full payment upfront

5. Confirm and Share

• Tap Confirm to generate the payment link
• Tap Share to send the link via your preferred messaging or email platform
