Setting up your label printer ensures that order labels and kitchen tickets print smoothly, keeping your service fast and organised. Here’s how to connect it step by step.
Step 1: Open System & Connectivity Settings
- From the EPOS home screen, tap More at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Tap System & Connectivity.
Step 2: Select “Connect Label Printer”
On the System & Connectivity screen, tap Connect Label Printer.
Step 3: Choose and Connect Your Printer
- From the list of available devices, select your label printer.
- Make sure the printer is powered on and connected — either via USB cable or over the same network as your EPOS.
Step 4: Confirm and Test the Connection
- Once selected, confirm the connection on your screen.
- Tap Print Test Label to ensure the printer is working properly.
Tips for a Smooth Setup
- Check that all cables are securely connected.
- If using a network printer, confirm your EPOS and printer are on the same Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
