How to Update Settings on Kayana EPOS

You can manage and adjust a variety of system settings on your Kayana EPOS to suit your business needs — from receipt preferences to payment options and device connections.

1. Open the Settings Menu

• From the home screen, tap More at the bottom.
• Select Settings to access all configurable options.

2. Choose the Settings Section

Within the Settings menu, you’ll find different categories:

• General Settings – Adjust receipt font size, add notes, set rounding options, and more.
• System & Connectivity – Manage devices like printers, card readers, and internet connections.
• Cash Float – Set or update your starting float amount.
• Payment Settings – Enable or disable payment modes like card, cash, or Pay Later.
• Secret Settings – Access advanced toggles for payment types and feature controls (PIN may be required).

3. Make Your Changes

• Tap the setting you want to update.
• Adjust the options using the available fields, toggles, or dropdown menus.

4. Save Your Changes

• Once your updates are complete, tap Save or Confirm.
• Your changes will take effect immediately.
