How to Enable or Disable Staff PIN on Kayana EPOS
When
Staff PIN Mode
is turned on:
- Each team member must enter their unique PIN before accessing the system.
- This keeps your EPOS secure and helps track who performs which actions.
Managing This Setting
Only managers or administrators can turn this feature on or off. To update the setting:
- Go to the secure settings area on your EPOS.
- Find the Staff PIN option.
- Toggle it on or off as needed.
