How to Clear Orders on Your Kayana EPOS

You can clear ongoing or completed orders to keep your EPOS order list neat and easy to manage.

Step 1: Open the Orders Screen

1. From the home screen, tap the More button in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select Orders from the menu.

Step 2: Open the Clear Orders Menu

1. On the Orders screen, tap the Clear button at the top right corner.
2. A dropdown menu will appear with two options:
• Ongoing Orders → clears orders that are still in progress.
• Handover Orders → clears orders that are ready to hand over or already completed.

Step 3: Select the Option You Need

• Select the orders you wish to clear.
• The selected orders will be removed from the active list.

That’s it — you can now clear orders on EPOS to keep your list organised, making it easier to manage active orders during busy service.
