How to View Orders Based on Menu Categories

This guide explains how to filter your KDS screen to show or hide orders based on specific menu categories, making it easier to focus on the items relevant to your station.
1. Open General Settings
- From the Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) home screen, tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner
- Select General Settings
2. Enable Menu Order Filtering
- Toggle Show Menu Orders to ON
3. Filter Orders by Category
- A new section titled Menu Order Filter will appear
- Tap Include to only show selected categories
- Tap Exclude to hide specific categories
- Use the dropdown on the right to select your desired menu categories
Orders will now be filtered based on your selected menu preferences.
