How to Take a Payment Using Kayana Terminal

Accepting payments through your Kayana Card Terminal is a fast and seamless process. Use the steps below to quickly complete a transaction for your customer.
Steps to Take a Payment
- Power on the terminal and open the Kayana App from the top-left corner of the screen.
- From the home screen, tap on Take Payment.
- Choose between:
- Pay in Full
- Custom Split (if customer wishes to pay in parts)
- Enter the payment amount.
- Ask the customer to tap or insert their card as prompted on the screen.
- Wait for the transaction to process and complete.
Once the payment is processed successfully, a receipt will be generated if required. You’re ready to serve the next customer.
