How to Process a Custom Split Payment

The Kayana Terminal allows you to split a bill into custom amounts, letting customers pay their share individually or using different payment methods.

Steps to Process a Custom Split Payment

1. Turn on your terminal and launch the Kayana App from the top-left corner of the screen.
2. From the home screen, tap Take Payment.
3. Select Custom Split when prompted.
4. Enter the first payment amount and process it by having the customer tap or insert their card.
5. Repeat the steps for each customer or payment method until the full amount is covered.

This feature is especially useful for group orders or when customers request separate receipts.
