How to Refund a Transaction

If you need to refund a payment made through the Kayana Terminal, follow the steps below. Refunds can be processed directly through the app using the original record.

Steps to Process a Refund

1. Turn on your terminal and open the Kayana App.
2. On the home screen, tap on History to view previous transactions.
3. Find and select the transaction you wish to refund.
4. Tap the Refund option.
5. Enter the refund amount (full or partial).
6. Enter the security PIN when prompted.
7. Tap Process Refund to complete the transaction.

Refunds are immediately processed, and the refunded amount is returned to the original payment method.
