How to Accept Payments Using a QR Code

With the Pay by QR feature, you can accept payments using a QR code. Customers simply scan the code to complete their payment digitally, making it ideal for quick, contactless transactions.

Steps to Accept Payments Using a QR Code Payment

1. Open the Kayana Business App and go to the Home screen.
2. Tap on Pay by QR.
3. Enter the amount you wish to collect.
4. A QR code will be generated on your screen.
5. The customer can now scan the QR code using their mobile device to make the payment.
6. Alternatively, you can share the QR code with the customer using your device’s sharing options.

Once the payment is completed, it will reflect in your transaction history.
