Changing Wi-Fi on Card Terminal P400

In this article, we will show you how to change the Wi-Fi on your P400 card terminal.

Connect to Wi-Fi (Initial Setup)

  1. On the terminal display, select Configure network.
  2. Select Wi-Fi.
  3. Turn on the Wi-Fi toggle switch.
  4. Select the ➕ icon to add a network. The terminal will begin scanning for available Wi-Fi networks.
  5. Choose the desired network from the list and enter the Wi-Fi password, or select Add manually and enter:
    • The name (SSID) of the Wi-Fi network
    • The Wi-Fi password
  6. Select the check mark (✔️) to confirm.
  7. The terminal will now automatically set this network as the default and connect to it.
  8. Once connected, you will see a Wi-Fi icon at the top of the terminal display.

Change Wi-Fi After Terminal Is Boarded

If your terminal has already been boarded, you can still update the Wi-Fi settings:

  1. Select Settings > Network.
  2. Enter your passcode.
  3. Select Wi-Fi. From here, you can:
    • Turn Wi-Fi on or off using the toggle switch
    • Change IP settings if needed
    • Add another network by following the steps in the initial setup above
