How to Accept Payments Using Tap to Pay

The Tap to Pay feature allows you to accept card payments directly on your smartphone, making it a quick and convenient solution for businesses on the move.

Steps to Accept a Tap to Pay Payment

1. Open the Kayana Business App and navigate to the Home screen.
2. Tap on Tap to Pay.
3. Enter the payment amount.
4. Ask the customer to tap their card or device on the back of your phone.
5. Wait for the confirmation message. Once processed, the payment will be marked as successful.

Important Note

Tap to Pay functionality is dependent on your device's hardware. While most modern Android and iOS devices support this feature, some older models may not. If your phone is not compatible, this feature will not work.
