How to Create a Discount QR or Code for the Kiosk

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a discount code or QR Code for use on the Kayana self-service kiosk. This feature is ideal for staff perks, limited-time promotions, or loyalty rewards.

Access the Partners Admin Panel

1. Visit partner.kayana.co.uk and log in using your credentials.

Navigate to the Discounts Section

1. From the left-hand menu, go to the Settings tab.
2. Select Discounts.
3. Click on Platform Discount to begin setting up a new discount.

Configure Your Discount for the Kiosk

1. Under the Platform dropdown, choose Kiosk.
2. Fill in the necessary details:
• Discount Name
• Discount Type (Fixed or Percentage)
• Discount Value
• Usage Limits (optional)
• Validity Period (start and end dates)
3. After reviewing the details, click Save to apply the discount.

Your discount is now active and can be redeemed via the Kayana self-service kiosk by customers or staff, depending on how you've configured it.
