How to View Your Z Report on the Terminal

Z Reports provide a summary of your sales activity and terminal performance for a given period, usually used at the end of the day. You can quickly access this report directly from your Kayana Terminal.

Steps to View the Z Report

1. Go to Settings
   On your terminal’s home screen, tap the settings icon.
2. Select Z Report
   From the list of options, tap Z Report.
3. Enter PIN
   Enter the secure access PIN: XXXX.
   (Note: It may take 10–15 seconds to load the report.)

Once loaded, your Z Report will display all relevant sales data, including totals by payment type, refunds, and transaction counts.
