How to Change Receipt Font Size on Kayana EPOS

Adjusting the receipt font size lets you customize how your printed receipts look, making them easier to read or more compact.

1. Open General Settings

• From the home screen, tap the “More” button at the bottom.
• Select “General Settings.”

2. Find Receipt Font Size Option

• In the General Settings menu, locate the “Receipt Font Size” option.

3. Select Desired Font Size

• Tap Receipt Font Size and choose the size you prefer (small, medium, large, etc.).

4. Save Your Changes

• Confirm your selection to apply the new font size.
• Receipts will now print using the chosen font size.

Tips:

• Larger font sizes improve readability but may increase receipt length.
• Smaller font sizes save paper but may be harder to read.
