How to Amend an Order on Your Kayana EPOS

Need to update an order after it’s been placed? You can easily make changes from the Open Orders or Saved Orders section.
Step 1: Go to Open Orders or Saved Orders
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Open Orders or Saved Orders, depending on where the order is stored.
Step 2: Select the Order
Find the order you want to change and tap it to open the details.
Step 3: Tap Add More
In the order view, tap Add More. This reopens the main menu, allowing you to edit the order.
Step 4: Make Your Changes
- Add or remove items.
- Adjust quantities.
- Apply modifiers (like toppings or extras).
- Add discounts if needed.
Step 5: Reconfirm and Checkout
When you’re done editing, go to Checkout again to confirm and save the updated order. That’s it — the order is now successfully amended and updated in your Kayana EPOS.
