How to Place a Delivery Order on Your Kayana EPOS

Here’s how to create and manage a delivery order step by step:

Step 1: Select Delivery

On the home screen, select Delivery to begin a new order.

Step 2: Enter Customer Information

• Add the customer’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Adding customer details ensures the order is linked to the right customer and location.

Step 3: Add Items to the Basket

• Browse through your menu.
• Tap items to add them to the basket.

Step 4: Checkout

When all items are added, tap Checkout.

Step 5: Select Payment Method

Choose how the customer will pay:

• Card
• Cash
• Pay on Delivery

Step 6: Confirm the Order

• Review the total price and delivery details.
• Confirm to finalize the order.

Step 7: Send to Kitchen

• The order is forwarded to the kitchen for preparation.
• It will also be marked as a delivery order in the system for easy tracking.
