How to Search for an Order on Your Kayana EPOS

Need to quickly find an order for refunds, or status updates? Kayana EPOS lets you search across open, saved, and completed orders in just a few steps.

Step 1: Open the Orders Section

1. From the home screen, tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select Orders from the menu.

Step 2: Tap the Search Icon

• On the Orders screen, tap the Search icon (🔍) at the top right.

Step 3: Choose a Filter

You can narrow your search by selecting one of these filters:

• Order Number
• Reference Number
• Order Amount
• Discount Code
• Card Number
• Customer Name
• Phone Number

Step 4: Enter Your Search Details

• Select the filter you want to use.
• Type in the matching information.

Step 5: Review the Results

• Matching orders will appear instantly.
• Tap an order to view full details or take actions like editing or refunding.

Pro Tip: For the fastest results, use Order Number or Phone Number when available. That’s it — you can now locate any order in seconds, even during busy service times.
