How to Use Your Buzzers

This article explains how to properly use, configure, and manage your buzzers for efficient order notifications at your Kayana kiosk.

Switching Buzzers On

1. Plug in the charging stand to a power source.
2. Place the buzzers onto the charging stand.
3. The dots on the buzzers will flash, indicating they are powered on and charging.

Switching Buzzers Off

1. Plug in the keyboard provided with the buzzer system.
2. Press the bell icon on the keyboard to turn off the device.

Setting Individual Numbers on Buzzers

1. Enter 501 on the keyboard and press and hold the settings/gear button.
2. Enter the desired number for the first buzzer, then press the gear/settings button.
3. Remove the top buzzer from the charging stand after the number is set.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each buzzer.
5. After all buzzers are set, enter 500 and press and hold the settings/gear button to close the keyboard configuration mode.

Enabling the Beep Sound

• Enter 301 and press and hold the gear/settings button on the keyboard.

Disabling the Beep Sound

• Enter 300 and press and hold the gear/settings button on the keyboard.
