Adding Happy Hour Discounts to Your Items

This guide shows you how to create and manage Happy Hour discounts that apply to items on your kiosk and EPOS system.
1. Navigate to Account Settings
- Log in to the Kayana Partners Web Platform
- Click on Account Settings in the main menu
2. Open the Happy Hour Section
- Select Happy Hour from the settings options
- You’ll be taken to the Happy Hour configuration page
3. Set Up a Happy Hour Discount
- Fill in all the required fields (e.g., discount amount, days, and time range)
- Choose whether to apply the discount to individual items or an entire category
4. Edit or Remove Happy Hours
- To edit a Happy Hour, click the pencil icon next to the entry
- To remove a Happy Hour, click the bin icon
Your Happy Hour discounts will now be applied as configured across your kiosk and EPOS.
