How to Place a Takeaway Order on Your Kayana EPOS

Placing a takeaway order on your Kayana EPOS only takes a few quick steps:

Step 1: Select Takeaway

From the main screen, tap Takeaway to begin a new order.

Step 2: Add Items to the Basket

• Browse the menu categories.
• Tap items to add them to the order.
• Adjust quantities or add modifiers if needed (e.g., toppings, extras, or special requests)

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

When the order looks correct, tap Checkout. At this stage, you can also add discounts, extra notes, or a miscellaneous item if required.

Step 4: Select Payment Method

Choose the customer’s preferred payment option:

• Card
• Cash
• Pay Later

Step 5: Confirm and Complete

• Review the final total.
• Confirm the order to send it straight to the kitchen.
• Once complete, the order will automatically appear in Order History.

That’s it — your takeaway order is placed and ready for preparation.
