How to View Order Details on the KDS

This guide shows you how to view the full order details of any past order directly from the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
1. Open Order History
- From the KDS home screen, tap the Settings icon (top-right corner)
- Select History from the dropdown menu
2. Select an Order
- In the order history list, tap on any order to view its full details, including items, order type, and timestamps
Use this to verify past orders or resolve order-related queries.
