How to Send a Payment Link to Customers

Send a Payment Link directly to your customers to accept payments remotely, without needing them to be physically present at your location. The Pay by Link feature in the Kayana Business App allows you to collect payments remotely by generating a secure link that customers can use to complete their transactions online.

Steps to Send a Payment Link

1. On the Home screen, tap Pay by Link.
2. Enter the amount you wish to collect from the customer.
3. Tap the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen.
4. You’ll now see two options:
• Copy Link – Copy the link and share it manually via email, SMS, or messaging platforms.
• Share Payment Link – Use your device’s sharing tools to share the link directly.

This feature provides a fast and contactless way to accept payments—ideal for remote or takeaway transactions.
