How to Create Your Payment Account

This article will guide you through the initial steps of creating your card payment acceptance account within the Kayana platform.

✅ Before proceeding, ensure you have already completed creating your business on Kayana.

1. Select Your Organisation Type

• Start by choosing the type of organisation you are registering.
• You can register as either a Company or an Individual (e.g., Sole Trader).

2. Choose Your Organisation Structure

• After selecting the organisation type, choose your specific company structure.
• A brief explanation of the differences between the structures is displayed to help you decide.

3. Complete the Organisation Details Form

Fill in the required information:

• Company Number (from Companies House)
• Country of Incorporation
• Legal Name of the Company
• Contact Number
• Company Email Address
• Business Address (including city and postcode)

4. Submit the Form

• Once all required fields are complete, click Submit to continue to the next steps in your payment account setup.
