How to Generate a Z Report on the Kayana Business App

The Z Report provides a summary of your sales and transactions for a given day. This is especially useful for end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting. The Kayana Business App allows you to generate a Z Report easily by following the steps below.

Step 1: Access the Reports Section

1. Open the Kayana Business App.
2. Tap on the Profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the profile menu, tap on Reports.

Step 2: Generate the Z Report

1. Under the Reports section, select Z Report.
2. Choose the Date for which you want to generate the report.
3. Select the Order Type (if applicable).
4. Tap Generate Z Report.

The app will now display a breakdown of your total sales, transactions, and other key figures for the selected day.
