Adding Dietary Information to Menu Items in EPOS Now via Kayana Partner Admin

This guide explains how to add nutritional dietary information (such as calories and fats) to menu items using the Kayana Partner Admin, which syncs with EPOS Now.

Step 1 — Log In to Kayana Partner Admin

1. Open your browser and go to: Kayana Partners
2. Log in using your credentials

Step 2 — Open Item Management

1. From the left-hand menu, select Platform Solutions
2. Click Item Management

Step 3 — Find the Item

1. Use the search bar to find the item or
2. Use the dropdown filters to browse items

Step 4 — Edit the Item

1. Locate the item you want to update
2. Click Edit on the right-hand side of the item name

Step 5 — Add Dietary Information

1. On the Edit Item screen, scroll down to the Dietary Info section
2. Enter the relevant values, such as:
• Calories
• Protein
• Trans Fat

Step 6 — Save and Sync

1. Click Update Item
2. On the next screen, click Sync to push the changes to your EPOS Now menu

✅ Dietary information is now updated and reflected in EPOS Now.
