Managing Upselling Items

Learn how to use Kayana’s upsell feature to suggest add-ons like drinks, sides, or desserts before checkout—boosting your average order value across kiosks, mobile apps, and QR code orders.

1. Log in to the Partners Portal

• Go to partners.kayana.co.uk and log in with your credentials.

2. Access the Menu Section

• Click on Menus from the left-hand sidebar.
• Choose the category where your upsell item is located.

3. Select the Item You Want to Upsell

• Find the item you want to appear as an upsell.
• Click the Pencil icon to edit the item.

4. Enable the Upsell Option

• Scroll down to the "Upsell" toggle.
• Switch it on to activate this item as an upsell product.

5. Save the Item

• Click Update Item to apply the changes.

✅ Done!

The item will now appear as a suggested add-on during the checkout process across all supported order methods.
